That is one woefully sad citizenship test. I think we need a new one that asks tough questions about separation of powers, the history of governmental systems, rights and liberties, and all sorts of things like that. If you don't pass it, you can't vote, hold office, or work for the government at any level.
I'm pretty sure this is not all immigrants have to know in order to become citizens, but I don't think it would be a bad idea to make people pass a similar exam in order to be allowed to vote. Who ever thought a popular vote would get anything done?
